Life, Business and Spiritual Coaching 

Teresa also provides coaching for business professionals as well as for individuals who are seeking a better life.  She has had intense business coaching training and experience working with sales professionals and business owners from around the Atlanta area and throughout the country.  Teresa's training involved:

• DISC testing and interpretation

• Strengths Finders testing 

• Team building and growth - Teresa wrote a book "40 Days to an Unstoppable Team"  (not published yet)

• Susan Scott's "Fierce Conversations" 

• Sales accountability

• Goal setting

In addition, her training has included on-site life, advanced life and spiritual coaching through Life Coaching Institute out of California.    Teresa's toolbox is filled with activities to promote a better life for her clients.

If a client requests it, Teresa offers day and overnight retreats with or without horses to enhance her coaching.
